Sharing Accommodations

We are excited about Pioneer Encuentro 2026 and look forward to seeing many of you again.

We’ve had several requests for help with local accommodations. Most Encuentro participants come from out of town, and only a few local dancers participate in Pioneer Encuentro. Therefore, the possibility of lodging with a local Encuentro dancer is slim.  

Whether you’ve made housing arrangements and would like to share your housing with another person or are still looking for accommodation, you are welcome to contact us and let us know. Use the CONTACT US form on this website and explain your situation. Even better, post your interest via the private PIONEER ENCUENTRO 2026 Facebook group and ask other interested dancers to message you privately to discuss the details of a shared housing arrangement.

NOTE: The Pioneer Encuentro 2026 Facebook Group is private. Members are admitted and can post only after they are fully registered for Pioneer Encuentro 2026. Our attempt to assist by connecting those with extra housing with those needing housing and vice versa does not imply or guarantee that housing wishes will be satisfactorily resolved.
