Sharing Accommodations

We are excited about Pioneer Encuentro 2025 and look forward to seeing many of you again.

We’ve had several requests for help with local accommodations. Most Encuentro participants come from out of town; only a few local dancers participate in the Encuentro. The possibility of lodging with a local Encuentro dancer is slim.  

Whether you’ve made housing arrangements and would like to share your housing with another person or still are looking for accommodation, you are welcome to contact us and let us know. Simply use the CONTACT US form on this website and explain your situation. Even better, post your interest via the private PIONEER ENCUENTRO 2025 Facebook group and ask other interested dancers to message you privately to work out the details of any shared arrangment.

NOTE: The Pioneer Encuentro 2025 Facebook Group is private. Persons are admitted and can post only after they are fully registered for Pioneer Encuentro 2025. Our attempt to assist by putting those with extra housing in touch with those needing housing and vice versa does not imply or guarantee that housing wishes will be satisfactorily resolved.
