Sharing Accommodations

We are excited about Pioneer Encuentro 2024 and look forward to seeing many of you again.

We’ve had several requests for help with local accommodations. Most Encuentro participants come from out of town; only a few local dancers participate in the Encuentro. The possibility of lodging with a local Encuentro dancer is slim.  

Whether you’ve made housing arrangements and would like to share your housing with another person or still are looking for accommodations, you are welcome to contact us and let us know. With your permission, we would be happy to share your contact information with anyone else who also contacts us seeking accommodation or has extra space they’d like to share. Simply use the CONTACT US form and explain your situation. Then, let us know when your situation is settled and we’ll take you off the list. Alternatively, you could connect with other attendees yourself by posting your interest via the private PIONEER ENCUENTRO 2024 Facebook group.

NOTE: Our attempt to assist by putting those with extra housing in touch with those needing housing and vice versa does not imply or guarantee that your housing wishes will be satisfactorily resolved.
