Cancelation Policy

A full refund of the registration fee will be made if participation is canceled before February 1, 2024.

After February 1st, a full refund or option to transfer registration to a future Pioneer Encuentro will occur if at any time before the event the Encuentro is canceled due to a local ordinance or natural disaster. Otherwise, cancelation after February 1, may result in a transfer of the registration fee as a credit toward registration for a future Encuentro or may result in a full or partial refund of the registration fee depending on the circumstances.
