Vaccination Policy for 2024 

For 2025, all registered dancers will simply need to acknowledge that they accept and agree with the Liability Release and Attestation statement to attend the Encuentro.

We trust that all Encuentro-goers are mature and responsible, will self-test if they know they’ve been exposed to COVID or any other contagion, and will avoid participating and dancing with others if they are sick (have symptoms) or have reason to believe that they might become the source of spread for any contagious disease.

Mask-wearing at Pioneer Encuentro 2023 is elective unless otherwise mandated by the state or the municipality.

 Prevention at the Venue

Objects and surfaces at PIoneer Encuentro will be disinfected frequently. Encuentro participants will have access to disinfectant wipes and an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, as well as disinfectant soap and disposable towels in the venue’s restrooms.
